Visual Inspection 2. Cleaning exterior/interior 3. Fault elimination 4. Faulty module replacement 5. Electrolytic capacitor replacement 6. Control card/Power card repair 7. Control card/Power card replacement (if needed) 8. Faulty fan replacement (if needed) 9. Saving/uploading customer parameters* 10. Load test (full or partial) 11. Factory reset (if needed/required) Our standard repair time ranging between 7-14 calendar days. (If all parts are in stock, we usually repair within 3-7 calendar days ). Urgent jobs cost 30% extra and repair time takes usually up to 48 hours (if all parts are in stock) *Saving and uploading customer parameters if necessary, (subject to GDPR, customer's permission required).
